Express Mail Service

Express mailing fee is a one-time service fee you pay SISA ALC to mail necessary documents and/or SEVIS Form I-20 to you (in case you are outside of the United States).
All application from any countries other than the United States MUST include the express mail service fee. SISA ALC will not mail documents and/or SEVIS Form I-20 to you if the fee is not paid unless you can pick up documents by yourself or you can arrange someone to pick up your SEVIS Form I-20 directly from our office during our office hours.
Express mailing fee is non-refundable unless the course is canceled before SISA ALC mail documents and/or SEVIS Form I-20 out to you.

Housing Placement Service

Housing placement fee is a one-time service fee you pay SISA ALC to arrange housing for you (see also, housing options). You MUST request housing placement service and pay full amount of fee when you apply to SISA ALC or at least 4 weeks prior to your starting date.

You may cancel the housing placement service within 7 days from the day service is requested in order to receive refund for the housing placement service fee. However, SISA ALC will deduct 30% of the paid service fee to cover expenses. There is absolutely no refund after 7 days from the day service is requested. SISA ALC will not refund housing placement service fee for the request made 2 weeks before you move in.
